Hi,
I'm trying to import content from a client's wordpress site into Umbraco using CMSImport with the CMSImport Wordpress Dataprovider.
Current setups:
I'm able to upload the XML file to CMSImport, but when I click "Next" there is two possible outcomes:
An error shows saying the "Wordpress file has no data"
or
It allows me to the Mapping section, but alot of the properties in the WordPress XML are missing, meaning I'm unable to map these across.
Any advice on how I could go about fixing this issue, or a workaround for this would be much appreciated.
Hi Karl,
Could be that Wordpress export format changed again. Would it be possible to send me the export ([email protected]) Then I will have a look and I will delete the file afterwards.
Thanks,
Richard
Hi Richard,
I've sent the file through to the email
Thanks in advance for taking a look at this.
Thanks Karl,
Currenlty checking it to see what is changed in the format.
Best,
Namespaces were different, fixed in next release.
