This is something what is on the radar for a to be build version of this package. This package was build a few years ago to help remove data that was imported using CMSImport. The UI is horrible. So there will be a new version of this package that allows you to use advanced filtering of nodes and have more tasks you can use instead of (un)publish/delete/move etc.and not only Content, but also media, mebers etc
Downside is that the new package (it will be renamed also) is a commercial version. If you want to have Move now, you can always download the source and implement it yourself.
Thanks for your interest. No there is no beta version yet to download. Think it will take a few months before it really sees light of day. Sorry for that.
Copy bulk
I think it would be great if, aside from delete, move and publish/unpublish, one could also copy the selected nodes to a new parent node.
Or is it something that can be found already?
Hi Lee,
It does bulk Move. You are right. It works very nice on Umbraco v.4.8.0 as long as you update the Dashboard.config with
<section alias="Content Maintenance">
<areas>
<area>developer</area>
</areas>
<tab caption="Content Maintenance">
<control>/usercontrols/ContentMaintenanceDashboard.ascx</control>
</tab>
</section>
What would it take to extend the existing functionality so it could also bulk Copy? Or is it something that may be coming with a next version?
I think it would be a great feature since there is no actual possible way of doing this in Umbraco.
Kind regards, Iulia

Hope this answers your question.

Is it in beta now and if so, how is it coming along. Any idea of the cost.
We're really interested, especially since you say on the current version, "the UI is horrible".
