Context menu publish manager

This project adds an "Unpublish" and a "Publish manager" item functionality to the contents contex menu.

After installing you will be able to right click on a node and select "UnPublish" or "Publish Manager"

"Publish Manager" makes it possible to Publish/UnPublish and delete nodes selected from a checkbox list.

The project still needs some improvements like show how many node still needs to be publish, etx..

It should be places on codeplex :-)
