Place in App_Code folder, create appropriate keys in web.config, but nothing happens when saving/pubishing documents... Do I have to be using the new XML schema or something?
Oh, nevermind. I tried placing the .cs file in the App_Code folder hoping it would work, but the dll needs to go in the BIN folder I discovered. I'm not sure why this is... It would be very convenient to just place the C# file right into app_code and be able to change it easily and not pre-compile.

Well, I thought that's the whole point of the App_Code folder indeed... But I've never used it, so can't help you with that :-)
