This package is awesome, thanks for sharing!

I did find one small bug - if you have a Media Picker in your Document Type, when creating a new node it seems to add a blank reference to media, if you didnt specify a default value for it.  In other words, the "Delete" button shows next to "Choose", like you've selected an image, but there's really no reference.  When using Media Pickers with Previews, it shows an image with a red x for the preview.
