Examine Dashboard

** v0.1 is for Umbraco 4.7.0 - v0.2 is for Umbraco 4.7.1 **
This package gives you a GUI on your developer dashboard which displays the configuration of Examine and allows you to rebuild indexes and delete queues. Queue processing is updated using ajax requests - this allows you to watch an index rebuild and see if it hangs.
It also allows you to see how many documents are in a given index without opening Luke.
