    Site crashed

I was just on the verge of finalizing the install of the "Export Media" package when my site crashed. Have you had that happen before? The error message I got said there was a "Server Error in "\" Application." I was in the developer side login of my site when it happened, and subsequently got the same "Server Error" no matter what link I clicked on, including "Content," "Media," etc.

Obviously, I'm a bit worried. Can you help? And if possible, can you please respond to my email?

    Hi Marrton,

You should be able to uninstall the package (and restore your install) by just removing the TheOutfield.UmbExt.ExportMedia.dll from your bin folder.

That exception is a very general one, so not really a lot I can gather from it to diagnose the problem.

Best I can suggest is to uninstall as mentioned above, and try reinstalling again.

    Many thanks

    Matt
