what level of geo specific location does this project support? Country level or does it go down to state, region, city, zip code etc.
second question is whether there is a user friendly dashboard for monitoring and reporting?

You can use any level of details you like since you can select which fields you want to be returned from the database.
There is no user friendly dashboard for monitoring/reporting or importing the IPs from your provider to the SQL Server. You have to do that manually!
