I installed package on Umbraco 6.1.6 and followed the instructions.
When i try to submit a vote i see NaN%. Poll sets a cookie but do not change the votes. Any helps?

I was running into the same issue. It looks like the Poll.ascx.cs wasn't publishing the updated value. I updated the source below and it's working now. I'm using 6.1.6. Hopefully this package can be updated with this bug fix by the admin.

Voting don't work
