I'm running umbraco v
4.7.0. I installed the package and nothing changed. my tinyMceConfig.config has:
<config key="entity_encoding">named</config>
I checked the TidyNet.dll in the bin folder after installing the package and the last modified date was still 6/19/2009. So I copied that off to a temp folder and extracted the packages zip file. Then replaced the TidyNet.dll in the bin folder of my umbraco installation. Still no change. Adding an — gets replaced with a "-" character.
