    Pending approvals showing deleted docs, other issues

    General
    In the Notifications tab, Pending approvals, pages that have been deleted display and never go away.  Pages that have been published still display as well.

    Also, when clicking on a page name, the page is displayed but the tree never updates to show where the page exists in the content structure.

    And last but not least, when copying the site over to another server, the other server is not showing any of the pending approvals, the list is empty.

    I see this has not been updated for the new schema / v.4.5+.  Does that mean it's no longer being supported?
