    Notifications break when installed

    After installing the package, if I right-click on a content node and select 'Notifications' menu, I'll end up with two additional 'Create' events listed at the bottom, which creates duplicate id's and notifications can't be saved.

    Fixed - removed package v1.1.1 and replaced with v1.2
