Someone have reported that the package should be compatible with 4.11 - So I don't suspect it should not work with 4.11.3.
Have you tried recycling the app pool after the installation or touching the web.config? If that does not work do you then get any errors when having a look in the browser console?
Thanks for reporting this. I've just downloaded v4.11.3.1, done a fresh install, (with the Simple starter kit), then installed Robots.txt Editor ... which is working as expected.
The Robots.txt tree/icon appears at the bottom of the Developer tree; editing appears to be working as expected also.
Wondering if it could be a file-permissions issue with the `/config/trees.config`?
Whoops, sorry... my fault: I'd done a manual install of Umbraco 4.11.3 (because I don't like the way WPI installer now creates a database like 'umbraco123'), but forgot to change the permissions! All working as expected now!
Thanks, Lee, for prompting me towards permissions.
Should robots.txt editor work with Umbraco 4.11.3?
Installed robots.txt editor, as I usually do, but it's not showing up anywhere: I'm using a fresh install of Umbraco v4.11.3
