Styled Editors for Umbraco 8

Drop in replacements for text and number property editors with style. 

Simple replacements for the standard textstring, textarea, numeric and decimal datatypes with additional options to add styles and classes to the elements. 

The text editors also come with the option to make the character limit advisor (so don't enforce it, just warn people).
