I would like to see and be able to read through HowTo because now my newsletter sends mail after someone subscribes, but i can't manage subscribers (no tab/or anything except macros and dictionary in umbraco dashboard) in umbraco and so i can't actually send Newsletter, what obviously was my goal from the beginning.

Maybe instead of making it possible for me to read how to, someone can just tell how to get the tab in dashboard and be able to send newsletter ?
