on further searching around, individuals have suggested adding builder.RegisterApiControllers(Assembly.Load("Diplo.TraceLogViewer")); into the "OnApplicationStarted(object sender, EventArgs e)" method in Global.asax.cs. This resolves the above issue, but I then
can’t get into my application as it comes up with the following page:

I had the same issue. I had also narrowed it down to Articulate. What I did was I installed Articulate via Developer section. I added a reference to the libraries including Articulate.dll and then added the following line of code into the OnApplicationStarted event.

Hi,
I had the same issue. I had also narrowed it down to Articulate. What I did was I installed Articulate via Developer section. I added a reference to the libraries including Articulate.dll and then added the following line of code into the OnApplicationStarted event.
builder.RegisterApiControllers(Assembly.Load("Articulate"));
This seems to have fixed it
