Creative Website Starter (CWS)
Version 3.0.2 Works with 4.7.1 and 4.7.1.1 only as it uses razor and examine. Search uses the inbuilt search "Examine" that is now part of 4.7.x
This is the home for the Umbraco Creative Website Starter (CWS) project.
This package was originally created by Umbraco MVP Warren Buckley http://www.creativewebspecialist.co.uk and was designed by ex-colleague Sam Grady of G72 http://www.g-72.co.uk
Jorge Lusar has recently joined the project in order to keep the project alive and has rewritten CWS in Razor with some improvements too, as I have struggled to find the time to maintain this project, so I am happy to have Jorge contribute his work.
The Creative Website Starter Site for Umbraco installs in seconds and provides a site with the following, easy-to-customise features:
- Photo Galleries
- News & Events
- Contact Form
- Email a Friend Form
- Search
- RSS of News & Events
- XML Sitemap designed for Google and other indexing services
