Hi I know Warren is on holiday at the moment but I was wondering if someone else could help. Basically i've copied over the cws contact files (the ascx for the form and dashboard, the doc type). I've create the contact macro which calls the ascx, but The form isn't showing on the page.
I figured out what i was doing wrong. Basically the docType was out of my master document type and wasn't inheriting correclty therefore showing a blank page.
I was also missing the form_log.xslt file under the data folder
moving the cws contact files to another site thats doesn't have cws installed.

How about the DLLs in the /bin directory?
