I'm new to Umbraco. I have just installed CWS 3.0.2 from the Umbraco 4.7.1.1 backoffice.
After the installation, I get 3 installation errors.
Package install error: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'E:\OpenDataWeb\App_Data\72dfcad0-fd3a-42e8-bca2-4b43b49ee261\ff07bf15-f0a4-483c-8579-a7f14bd00db3_Thumbs.db'. File name: 'E:\OpenDataWeb\App_Data\72dfcad0-fd3a-42e8-bca2-4b43b49ee261\ff07bf15-f0a4-483c-8579-a7f14bd00db3_Thumbs.db' at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.File.Move(String sourceFileName, String destFileName) at umbraco.cms.businesslogic.packager.Installer.InstallFiles(Int32 packageId, String tempDir)

Are these error critical? Should I reinstall the package?
