Hi have juse setup a live version of the CWS on my new host which uses Plesk, but for some reason im getting errors on the email a friend and contact form, i have tired with SSL checked and un checked.
when un checked i get this error
The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: SMTP authentication is required.
and when checked i get this error
Server does not support secure connections.
My previous host used plesk and the form worked fine with no errors, is there something i need setup on my hosting package?? or a fix for this issue

needed to add user details to the webconfig file, ooops :)
No problem Hywel. I am glad you fixed it. Yes it is maybe not clear when you install it, but it is outlined in the documentation PDF.
