Private Messaging
Due
to the number of packages I now have to maintain, I am looking at dropping
support for a number of older packages, this of which is one of them. If you
would like to see support for this package continue, please consider
contributing.
SUMMARY
Inspired by the old UmbracoInbox, but written from the ground up, this package provides the ability for members to send private messages to one and other.
This package is great for social websites, or intranets where people need to commuicate directly through the website.
The packge is broken up into 2 parts
- PrivateMessaging.Core
- PrivateMessaging.Demo
The core package installs all the necessary database tables and privides a .NET and XSLT interface to the service.
The demo package installs a demo installation for you to try out or extend for your own needs.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
.NET 3.5 (Uses Linq to SQL)
