Am i correct in thinking standard umbraco packages wont be compatible with this MVC site?
All packages that are compatible with 4.10+ (which is the majority) will be compatible with this package.
Awesome. Cheers Chris.
Im thinking of using this on a new site build so wanted to make sure i wasnt going to back myself into a corner.
Been playing with it and it seems good! Do you feel its ready for the wild?
Are there any more plans for it? Anything in the pipleline that woud be worth waiting for?
I think it depends on the package...I even managed to get Ublogsy running...I have about 6 packages running on a new MVC site I'm wokring on without any issue.
Twitter feed did not work until the 4.11.1 update though

I've no developments in the pipeline for this package, so the current version won't change for a while.
I have lots of new ideas though, e.g. I'd like to rebuild the frontend with a new responsive design.
All suggestions welcome!
Actually StandardWebsiteMVC_2.0.zip running without any complication on U6 as I discovered.
Really nice little package and not just for learning. With small tweaks it can be converted into real business site!!!
Just install proper versioning and go on with your life!
Thanks Chris!
Thanks All Blonde, remember to vote for it if you like it
