I would like to know is there any workaround to create custom form, model and post the model(similar to Contact Form) without making any changes to source code. I heard usually packages will allow users to directly make changes in Umbraco rather than source code changes in project solution, so would like to check is there any way of doing this. If yes, please suggest me what I can do. Thank you so much for your time!

The best Umbraco form package is Contour,http://umbraco.com/products/more-add-ons/contour.aspx
This package only has a fixed set of customisable fields.
Agree with Chris, that's the easiest route by far.
If you wanted to go down the custom route then it's possible using nodes, I blogged around this topic here http://www.umbrellainc.co.uk/blog/umbraco-think-different/
