we can post comments in our qa site ,but show error message "an error has occurred" in our production site.
we copied all files,gave the same permissions,copied the whole database from qa dite to production server. all functionalities work except blog comment
i don't find any record in table umbracolog either.

Possibly smtp settings?
Which version of umbraco and ublogsy?

the smtp setting is same as QA site, and both are allowed in SMTP server.
umbraco v is 4.9.0 ,ublogsy v is 2.1.1.1
The only reason i can think of is smtp error.
Make a copy of the whole qa site including the db?
