    Error When Upgrading to uBlogsy 4.1 ("No Matching Elements")

    Umbraco 7.0.4. I had uBlogsy 4.0 installed, and just now during the install of the uBlogsy 4.1 package, I got the error "System.InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no matching elements". Here's a screenshot of the error with the stack trace:

    I've got exactly the same error, upgrading from uBlogsy 4.0 to 4.1 on Umbraco 7.1.1.
