At present there are 3 email templates available and 2 of these operate normally with the ##CommenterEmail## placeholder but the third ignores it. Would it be possible to have this changed?
I've added this to the latest version. It will be up in the next day or so.

The ##CommenterEmail## also seems to be an issue in the admin comment notification template, is that also addressed in the update?
