Our company separated QA site and production site. Internet user can post blog comment in production site directly, but intranet user only works in QA site to add/update some nodes. we copy QA database to overwrite produciton database once every week.

This depends if you want to have subscription too. If so, it's a pretty big task since it uses umbraco membership, and content nodes to store the subscriber information.
Saving just the comments is a smaller task, but still not quick to do.
Unfortunately I'm not available to do it as I'm extremely busy.

we don't need to t to have subscriptio, just save the comments to the other table.
