On the latest uBlogsy the commenting has been moved to a seperate module, you will need to install uCommentsy, then uncomment some sections in the uBlogsy templates, there is a screenr on the uCommentsy module page:
Can you please put this information on the main description? So we don't have to go searching the questions to find out that the comments are in a separate module.

I just installed a new Umbraco 6.0.5 with uBlogsy 3.0. It looks great! I just can't figure out how commenting works.
Why doesn't any comment link or form show up?

There is a bit in the video which shows you how to move the comment config page into the blog, I didn't get that first and commenting was failing
