I'm running uBlogsy 2.0.1 on Umbraco 4.7.2. I also moved the "Blog" content tree into my main site content node. All children of the blog are published.
Found the solution. I had previously uninstalled uBlogsy and reinstalled it. I removed everything, but there was a "uBlogsy" folder in /macroScripts/ that didn't get deleted. I assume that when reinstalling, it didn't like the old folder being there. I reinstalled a 3rd time, making sure to remove all references, and it works now.

Edits: Only the archives macro works. Categories/Tags don't.
Also, I'm using uBlogsy 2.1.0.0.
