I have uBlogsy 2.1.0.0 installed in Umbraco 4.7.2. I've moved the Blog node into my Home node and moved the Blog templates into my own master page templates. Would this have anything to do with this problem?
I'm not really sure where to start to fix this. Any help would be appreciated.
Clarification: This is happening in the main left column of the Blog landing page, where the list of posts should be displaying.
I can navigate, using the Archive, to specific posts, and they display properly. This issue occurs on the landing page and when clicking a category or a tag.
I also tried to move the uBlogsyListPosts.cshtml file into the root of /macroScripts/ and changed the macro to reference that path, and the same error occurs (the path is updated, but the error is still the same).
I uninstalled and reinstalled uBlogsy again. I went through another round of tests (making 1 change, adding a post, checking to make sure the error didn't show up), and it seems to start happening as soon as I change either the "URL Name Change" or the "URL Alias" fields on the Landing Page Properties tab. I've tried changing these fields to "blog", "blog/" and "/blog/" and each time it starts to return the error.
Is there something else that has to be done to change the URL that I'm not doing correctly (like clearing cache, updating a script to reference the new url)? Since I've tried this more than once, is uBlogsy confused as to what should be at /blog/?

Then I tried adding a post, and the error returned. I am wondering if the masterpage has anything to do with this? Here is the uBlogsyBaseSite masterpage:
if i delete all posts so there is none at all, the leftCol loads fine with nothing in there except the Prev / Next buttons so i know the macro has rendered ok.
I'm publishing with a date in there etc but still no joy.
Ok, well i got mine working again when i chose to put it in a category, I initally got rid of the category property as client doesn't need categories. Is there a way categories can be removed without me getting this error?
Cannot add or update posts
I'm having a major problem with my uBlogsy installation. Whenever I add a new blog post or edit an existing one, I get the following error:

I'm having the same problem as you except i get the error through the archive also.
This has started to happen after i deleted the existing test posts already put on there by ublogsy.
