Can someone explain to me briefly the difference between tags and labels in uBlogsy? In which cases do you use which ones?

There is no difference conceptually.
When I first made uBlogsy, I was asked to "tag", but also to have a "category" which you can "label" a node with.
As far as I'm concerned, a label is just a 2nd type of tag. So you can filter by tag or by label.
