What makes you think this project is dead? The last update was on 7/29/2012.
The package uBootstrap_1.1.0.zip uses Twitter Bootstrap 2.0.4, but the current Twitter Bootstrap as 12/06/2012 is Version 2.2.1 and they have been releasing new versions of a monthly base.
Also, this package has been tested with Umbraco 4.8, but as you might know, Umbraco is been releasing new versions and the current one is 4.11.1.
As you can see, this makes difficult to keep the package up-to-date as I'm the only developer and I'm afraid I have not had the time to update it in the last few months.
If you want to use the latest Twitter Bootstrap/Umbraco version, I'd suggest to download the source on code https://github.com/jorgelusar/ubootstrap. This package is also open for contribution, so please feel free to submit any patch on github.

Read this back in December when starting a client project using uBootstrap as a base. Since then the we've pushed to using Umbraco 6 while trying to develop some custom extensions and I've been spending the last few weeks trying to update a forked version of the github project to include up to date versions of all the components.

Just a query as the title asks, is this project dead or can we expect any updates?
