umbraco sencha touch starter kit

Project Description

This is a small website app based on sencha touch 2 and umbraco, it only can be used on android or ios platform. It has two levels list menu, click the any child node, you can open the detail page.

You can edit the whole website’s content, such as the top image, the bottom image, the menu and the detail contents.

How to install the package on umbraco website

First of all, you should download the latest version, then open the yourwebsite/umbraco/#developer and expand Packages- Install local package, choose the package your downloaded before.     

[Note]Before you package, please check the Content and Document types and make sure it doesn’t has the Home in Content or EntryPage, EntryPageItem, HomePage in Document types. 

How to use the project in you umbraco website

After your install, you can browse the sample website Home and know the structure about the content. And then, you can delete the sample website or change it directly.

Now I will show each operating steps:

• Create a Content ***(such as Home), choose document types Homepage. Now, you can design the home page’s top and bottom.
• Right click Home, create a first level of the menu ***(such as sevices), the level can’t edit.
• Right chick sevices, create a second level of the menu ***(such as Web development), you must add contents in the main content, it will display when you browse the detail pages.
