    Adding custom fields to Cultiv Contact Form

    Hi,

    Does anybody know how to add custom fields / check boxes to Cultiv Contact Form?

    I do not have programming knowledge to accomplish this myself.

    I appreciate any help.

    You can download the source from Codeplex and change it a bit (copy & paste fields), but I don't have the time to show you the exact code.

    If you want easy forms you could have a look at Contour, which does not require any programming knowledge.

    Hi Sebastiaan,

    Can you direct me where I can find the source code? I just want to customize your contact form so that it will use a button control instead of an image control.

    Hey Sherry, you can download it from Codeplex. But if I'm not mistaken, it already is a button instead of an image?
