    Document type, macro not showing up after Cultiv instal

    I have installed Cultiv contact form on version 4.5.2 several times - after the install I cannot see any document types or macros were added.  The style sheet is the only thing that shows up?  Help!

    Hi Patrick

    Have you tried to reload the different sections to see if the document type and the template appears after doing that?

    Otherwise have you had a look at the even viewer to see if you get some errors?
