Which border specifically are you referring to? You should be able to modify the look of the form using CSS either by altering the CultivContactForm stylesheet in the Settings>Stylesheets folder or by overwriting in your own stylesheet.
Apologies Nico, I'm referring to the old Cultiv contact form so there isn't a specific CultivContactForm stylesheet but you can style the form elements using CSS in your regular stylesheet.
