Hi,

We currently have Desktop Media uploader version 2.0.5 installed on a Windows 2008 server. The application works fine with an admin account but will not work with a normal account

The application opens to allow you to enter website and log on details but does not log in. The app will show the clock and then return back to the log on screen or clicking log in will do nothing. The application is communicating with the website though as entering a wrong password will show the message "Opps invalid log on"

If you log in as normal user and do a "run as Admin" The log in will work fine. I have used Process monitor etc to see what could be causing the issue but everything seems fine

Does anyone have any ideas?
