    Cannot call method 'GetPickerById' of undefined

    Hi,

    In Chrome and IE when inserting the doc2form edit macro into a template and clicking OK I get the following error in the chrome code inspector:

    Cannot call method 'GetPickerById' of undefined

    and an "Error on page" message in IE8.

    Using umbraco 4.7 and latest doc2form.

    Beginning to think Doc2Form is no longer supported.  Too bad, it's very cool.  If I was a .NET guy I could prolly fix the minor issues I have with it...

    I agree, it makes things a lot simpler. If it is being discontinued perhaps the author would consider releasing the source...? :)

    I believe the source is installed into the app_code directory when you install the package.

    There's also this which has source I believe: http://umbracoext.codeplex.com/releases/view/5251
