http://our.umbraco.org/projects/website-utilities/doc2form says: Compatible with: Version 4.0.x schema  but maybe that info is old.  Have you tried and found out for yourself?  I would like to know also.

    Hi

As oranic is saying try to install it on a local umbraco installation for testing purposes.

According to this list, Doc2Form has not yet been tested with 4.5.2 http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/reference/packaging/umbraco-45-compatibility/umbraco-45-package-testing

Since it seems like a few people have asked, I am using Doc2Form 3.0 on an Umbraco 4.5.2 installation with no problems so far.  I am only doing a simple contact form so I cannot speak to all of the features working as they should.  If I do run across any issues I will be sure to post them here.

also works just fine for me in 4.5.2 -- all the code is in app_code and i think is scheme independent.
