I think it should work, but be sure to test it on a test installation first.
In this WIKI document http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/reference/packaging/umbraco-45-compatibility/umbraco-45-package-testing you can see, which packages have been tested with 4.5.2 by the core team, seems like they have not tested doc2form yet, but if I remember correctly others have been asking if it's working with 4.5.2 and as mentioned I think it will. But I could be wrong on this, so please test it before using it in a live site.
