If I have a page where the content on the page is rendered by a macro from properties on child pages that are hidden will that content be indexed and will that parent page show up in the search results?
Apologies for the delay in responding. You most likely have tried this out by now already.
The way FullTextSearch works is it indexes the html as rendered on the page output. So if your parent page contains the hidden child page content in its html, then this should become searchable.
