I was curious to find out if this package is open source. If so, I'd like to modify it to work with custom media folder media types to fix this issue: http://our.umbraco.org/projects/website-utilities/gecko-uploadify/feedback,-suggestions,-bugs/21757-How-to-use-with-a-custom-folder-media-type .
I'd be glad to share these changes.
