Gist Shortcode Embed
This package gives you a macro to use in your pages so you can insert gists using a similar way to how they do on WordPress
It installs a new doc type called Gist Url Controls. You need to use composition to add this to the doctypes which will need to render gists.
It also installs a macro with a macro partial, called Gist.
You can use this gist in the rich text editor or in the grid.
Just pick the macro called Gist and enter your gist details in like this:
[gist id=ad121cd85247147e3f9873c6d584bacf file=1.js]
You need to make sure you have added your gist account url in the text box in the Gists tab of the page you are on. If you don't have that, you need to use composition to pick it from the available doc types.
