I see no mention of this package being updated to work with Umbraco 4.5.2. Is it? Will it be? When?
It works perfectly well on 4.5.2
You just need to install it manually, extract the following files from the zip and place them here:
/bin/ImageGen.dll
/umbraco/ImageGen.ashx
/config/ImageGen.sample.config

And also /umbraco/ImageGen.aspx
