We have been using imagegen for over a year with no problems. We use it EXTENSIVELY throughout our community site. I would say we have > 10000 images cached.
Yesterday our server ran out of disk space. After fixing this issue our memory consumption was going from 500K to 4GIG as soon as the website booted. Once we removed imagegen.ashx, restarted iis memory was back to normal.
I don't believe it has anything to do with a single image we are loading seems to happen as imagegen loads the first image.
How can we try and track down the issue? I know there are a lot of "Cached" folders but there are hundreds so if needed my need to find a tool to find these and delete???

ImageGen Basic version 2.5.4.27302
70,000 images 10.8 gigs in 800+ 'cached' folders.
Deleted all and now working fine. Thanks!
