Any chance you could post a link to the imagegen url that gives the red border? I'd very much like to see it and try a few things. Also, can you post the content of the various classes (only need the classes) of the imagegen.config file?
If you'd prefer not to advertise the info on the forum, you could email them to me via my site's contact form.
We found the lines of code in the imagegen.config file that causes the problem. The config uses a border red of 10 px. We have deleted this lines and the bug is disappeard now.
imagGen 2.5.7 red borders bug
For a website my company has developed recently, we use imagegen. But when we tried to upload a picture it gets red borders.
This borders only appears on this image, even when saved as png, jpg or as screendump from this image.
The generated link:
media/7127/keltec_productfolder.jpg&width=512&height=247&crop=resize
Screen dumps I’ve made:
http://dump.weasy.nl/roy/imagegen-original-image.jpg (original image)
http://dump.weasy.nl/roy/imagegen-screenshot.jpg (imageGen generated image)
When I deleted al the imageGen parameters, I get the normal image.
(version: ImageGen 2.5.7)
We hope that someone could give us feedback on this bug(?).
Do you use the professional of imagegen? Cropping is only support in that version so perhaps that's why it shows the red border now.
Jeroen
