Do you get any errors when using the firebug console or perhaps fiddler? I think some more details can help out the creator of the package and that may lead to a much more quick fix of the issues. The more detailed the better :)
The zip file didn't come with the css files, I don't know if the classes used are some from umbraco. The path to the icons doesn't work too, even exist the icons.
All icons in 4.7.1 are gifs and in your code they are png. The atribute "valign" is not more a W3C valid.
I was trying to fix all the bugs but was too hard and I preferred to make my own using the jquery treeview plugin adapeted to xslt.
Don't work with 4.7.1
Icons path doesn't match and css classes canot be found.
