Instead of showing I uploaded the file, it says the file was created by the Administrator. That's a problem when trying to keep track of who did the deed.

One tip though: if you need to blame your users for something they did, then first think long and hard whether you shouldn't blame yourself for not preventing them to do it in the first place. Not to be harsh, but I find that in the end, there are always things I could've done to make the user's experience better.
True, but when you have non-technically people managing web content, they are bound to do something you never thought to prevent. It's nice to go back to them and retrain or find out what they were thinking when they broke our invisible rule.
