I would like to show a teaser on my web frontpage that list the latest 10 topics where posts has been made.
Any ideas on how to do that?
Yes just use the latest topics macro/usercontrol... Its already there, just insert it into your template or richtext editor
Its called "nForum Active Topics" in the macro list from memory..

Yes just grab the source off codeplex and copy the code in the active topics usercontrol into a new usercontrol and add in something like 'where ParentCategoryId == XX'
