I'm trying to get nforum to work on an existing Umbraco site, v6.0.5. I've gotten past the problem with existing membertypes, and that annoying date-thing. My next problem (and last, hopefully) is that some of the doctypes seem to be missing their templates.
When I create a new topic, for example, I get the following error:
No template exists to render the document at url 'http://almenindkoeb.local/kategori1/2013/6/new-topic-(1).aspx?nf=true&m='
If I check the node Kategori1/2013/6/new-topic(1) in backend, no template is selected, and if I check the documenttype "Forum Topic", no templates are even allowed for this doctype.
It would be great if someone with a working installation of nForum could post a list of what templates are allowed for which doctypes (and maybe which template should be default). Hopefully this will solve my problem.
Replying to my own question: Found the information I needed in the package.xml-file. And as I thought, the settings on the doctypes were off, for some reason, and setting them right, definatly helped.
